Street Fighter II #00 This issue kicks off the Street Fighter II story. The actual short is very short because this is a preview issue of what is to come. But it's still a great read! Ryu reflects on his time as a Street Fighter and the relationships he developed in that time. He also considers what has happen with Master Gouken. When I read this, I was so eager to read more as the story leaves you hanging for more. Alvin Lee's artwork is nothing short of amazing. He carefully captures the character's essence and their personality. It is good to see Alvin Lee back on Street Fighter as I always thought he did a fantastic job of the art. The cover colours were done by Gary Yeung and it looks impressive. Yeung brought the colours to life and I simply love how Cammy has the most clear blue eyes. Grundetjern did a particularly good job of the colouring in this issue. I love how the symbol left on the wall by Gouken's murderer had such realistic colours that invoke a lot of emotion in you.
